Richard LeBrun, CPM, CCIM

Richard, CPM, CCIM has served the property management industry for over 30 years leasing and managing office, industrial, retail and medical properties. Over this period Richard has been responsible for multiple portfolios representing over 30 million square feet and $1.5 billion holding senior management positions with NAI Hiffman, The Janko Group, Prime Group Realty Trust and Baird & Warner. He teaches commercial real estate for the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Today is the President of LeBrun Advisory Group, a national consulting firm to the real estate industry. Richard brings his commercial real estate experience and skills to SMC as a valued adviser.


Nancy Haberstich

Nancy, a Registered Nurse for 44 years and now a global educator on microbiology as the President of Nanobugs. Nancy is a long-time member of Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC), serving on the Board of Directors, the Certification Board of Infection Control and as a Chapter President. She has published and lectured extensively on national and international levels (in 6 countries on 5 continents). Nancy was appointed to reopen a school of nursing in Liberia, West Africa after the school had been destroyed by civil war. Nancy will advise SMC in infection prevention and disinfection.


Chris Arlen

Chris, President of Revenue-IQ, has helped service suppliers win large contracts for over 18 years. A former ABM sales and marketing executive, Chris trains clients to analyze bids, design solutions, and create persuasive proposals and interactive slideshows. As a highly successful technical proposal writer, Chris’ win rate of 62% has earned his clients more than $705 million in secured contracts. His clients include the largest janitorial and security contractors in North America, such as Able Services, ABM, Compass, DTZ, and AlliedBarton, G4S, and Securitas. Chris holds a Master’s degree from Antioch University Seattle and publishes an award winning sales blog; “Revenue-IQ.” Chris brings his unique perspective and skills to SMC as a valued advisor on sales strategy, proposal development and bid analysis.
